Application Process

Step 1:

Preparation – Pressure Wash

Pressure wash roof at 3500 psi with a turbo tip for proper adhesion of the coating.

Step 2:

ADDRESS ALL SEAMS, FASTENERS & PENETRATIONS WITH 7141 ETERNA-SEAL SEAM compound

3 Coursing is required for all gaps greater than 1/8". First, apply a layer of 7141 Seam Compound. Then embed polyester mesh and top coat with a second layer of 7141 Seam Compound.

Step 3:

APPLY 7145 ETERNA-SEAL RUBBER COATING OVER THE ENTIRE ROOF AS A Base Coat.

Step 4:

AFTER THE BASE COAT HAS CURED, APPLY 7140 OVER THE ENTIRE ROOF AS A FINISHING COAT.
